About Me

Hello and welcome to my website.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice in Palos Verdes, California. I graduated from Clark University with a B.A. in psychology in 1985, and a master’s degree from Pepperdine University in 1989. I received my doctorate in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University in 1994.

I provide individual, couples, and family therapy for adults, adolescents, and children. Additionally, I administer psychological assessments, including psychoeducational testing and ADHD screenings. I am a Cogmed certified coach as well. 

I have had many years of experience in the treatment of depression and anxiety, especially in regard to trauma, loss, emotional, physical or sexual abuse.  I believe that individuals who participate in therapy have an invaluable opportunity to enhance their personal lives and relationships in very powerful and meaningful ways.

I belong to various professional organizations such as the American Psychological Association, The California Psychological Association, and the Los Angeles County Psychological Association. I have served on different committees for Division 42 of APA for Psychologists in Independent Practice such as the social media committee, the membership committee and the Fast Forward conference for psychologists in independent practice.
