Q: How much do you charge?

A:  $245 for the initial consultation, then $200 for each session, which is the usual and customary fee for the area.

Q:  Do you accept insurance?

A:  Yes, I accept payment from some insurance companies.  If I am not on your insurance company's panel, I can bill your insurance for you as an out-of-network provider.

Q:  Do you accept credit cards?

A:  Yes.

Q:  Do you have evening appointment times?

A:  Yes, but after school and after work appointment times are the first to fill up. So, it depends on what is available at the current time.
